I can assist your family with resolving all aspects of current or upcoming family law proceedings. 

I ensure that the best interests of the children are always the paramount consideration, and I strive to keep the level of conflict as low as possible in any given set of circumstances.

Whenever possible, I recommend mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution, as I believe that the probability of a positive long term outcome is higher when the resolution is reached in a less formal setting.  

However, if a trial is required, I will ensure that you are able to present your side of the story clearly and concisely to the Court.

If your matter involves the Ministry of Children and Family Development, I can work with you and your social worker to determine what steps are needed to safely reunify your family in the shortest time possible.
